Before launching SaaSyTek, I spent over a decade building and running my own specialty deep cleaning business. That experience taught me the importance of attention to detail, impeccable service, and personal relationships with clients—values that are essential for any small business. I worked closely with small hotels over the years, learning the ins and outs of their operations and the unique challenges they face, especially during seasonal changes and staffing shortages.

Throughout my career, I’ve owned and operated a variety of businesses, from being a livestock producer to real estate brokerages and an auction company. Each venture gave me a deeper understanding of the struggles small business owners face—balancing operations, managing customer expectations, and finding the time to focus on growing the business.

Additionally, I served in the U.S. Marine Corps for ten years, where I learned discipline, leadership, and how to adapt to ever-changing environments. These lessons continue to guide my approach to business. The Marine Corps experience taught me how to problem-solve, maintain high standards under pressure, and take ownership—values that I carry with me in my work with small business owners today.
