Consumable Rates
The reputation and the success of SaaSyTek rests on making you happy with your purchase. We value our relationship with you and our goal is to offer services that increase your revenue and the efficiency of your business.
Consumable Fees and Charges:
If you are using the features that relate to these services you will be billed at the following rates, note that most Subscription Plans include a Credits* allowance to get you started on your journey. Also, note that the credit is shared amongst all the following services, so you can mix and match the services you use, and it will all be counted against your allotted credit per account. Charges are billed through your accounts 'Wallet'. Explanation follows;
Wallet -is a pre-loaded amount of money credits added into a virtual wallet. This charges the credit card on file. When services such as those listed on this Consumable Rates page, it deducts the usage amount from the wallet. When the wallet is empty or drops below a customer selected minimum amount, the card on file is charged a set amount.
Phone System Fees
Making Calls: $0.028 / Min Same for local or toll-free 800# number
Receiving Calls: $0.017 / Min/local# [$0.044 / Min/toll-free 800# or $10 Credit = 227 Minutes of Receiving Calls (Approx)]
Text Messages: $0.0158 / Segment
Rates based on US/Canada and may differ as per the region and countries of the world. Contact us for rates in other parts of the world. *Outbound & Inbound SMS for US/Canada to be charged per 1 segment.
$10 Credit = 355 Minutes of Making Calls (Approx) or 590 Minutes of Receiving Calls (Approx) or 635 Text Segments (Approx)
Email Marketing Fees
Per Email: $0.0019 / Email
$10 Credit = 5265 Emails (Approx)
Email Verification Fees
Per Email: $0.0075 / Email

Premium Triggers & Actions
Premium actions and trigger unlocks advanced capabilities such as connecting workflows to external systems or software - without using expensive third-party automation tools like Zapier, Integromat (rebranded as “Make”), or PabblyConnect.

Conversation Based Pricing: We charge per conversation, not per individual message.
Conversations are 24-hour message threads between you and your customers. They are opened and charged when messages you send to customers are delivered. The criteria that determine when a conversation is opened and how it is categorized is determined by What'sApp guidelines. ie, authentication, marketing, service, etc.

(This is the AI Assistant that is available throughout SaaSyProSuite – Not related to SalesFusionAI) Text and/or media content can be generated in the Social Planner, Blog, Funnel, websites, email builder (text only), and media library (image only).

Conversation AI

The "Supported Channels" section allows you to pick the platforms on which Conversation AI will operate. Here are the currently supported channels:
SMS: This allows for automated replies to text messages from your clients.
Facebook: Enable Conversation AI to communicate with clients via your company's Facebook page or Messenger.
Instagram: Conversation AI can reply to direct messages on your company's Instagram account.
Chat Widget (SMS Chat):
Live chat: Keep the 24/7 chat active even when your team is not available by having the Conversation AI reply for you.
Workflow AI
Workflow AI integrates with ChatGPT within the Workflow builder.
