The reputation and the success of SaaSyTek rests on making you happy with your purchase. We value our relationship with you and offer full refunds if you are not happy with your purchase.
Unless you have a separate agreement with SaaSyTek, or except as provided below, refunds may be made if requested and approved by SaaSyTek within 30 calendar days from the initial date of purchase on the invoice for a refund or credit of the purchase price paid. After the initial 30-Day period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first 30 days after their purchase to ensure it meets your needs. You may cancel subsequent months at any time.
Products like Set-Up fee's and Starter Kits are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Note that your refund or credit may be reduced by the cost of shipping and handling fees and any applicable restocking fees. Any products returned to SaaSyTek without prior authorization from SaaSyTek will be considered an unauthorized return, and you will not receive a refund or credit for the product and SaaSyTek will not ship the product back to you.
All approved returns must be received by SaaSyTek within 7 calendar days of the return approval date, otherwise, the amount of the refund or credit may be reduced or eliminated.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 calendar days.
Services are billed monthly in advance. If continuing service isn't possible due to short term cash flow issues please contact the office at [email protected] to see what can be done in the way of a pause of service and a later restart. Every effort will be made to maintain your data and find a solution for your company.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
